2 of 6: From "The Good Shepherd Session" circa summer 1977. Recorded and mixed by the infamous Dan "Gosh-Golly" Shepherd ... in his garage ... on two-track analogue tape ... in Lynwood, California ... pretty much recorded live—with a tiny little bit of over-dubbing (because everyone was doing it back then!). The song itself was a staple "Sal-Song" as he crooned his way through young adulthood, swooning all the girls (and especially their mothers with this one) all along the way!
